William Benjamin TELLA OR BAYLISS was born on 19 Dec 1862 in Liverpool. ^(114)(115) He was christened on 1 Feb 1863 in Liverpool St Peter. ^(117)(118) He died on 29 Jun 1932 in St Peters Hospital, London.^{(123) (124)} Although he lived with Caroline Elizabeth BARRETT and they had a family together, so far no record of their marriage has yet been found.

23. Caroline Elizabeth BARRETT was born on 28 Jun 1868 in Westminster. ^(126)(127) She died on 21 Nov 1932.⁽¹²⁹⁾ Children were:

i. William Benjamin TELLA was born in 1889 in Shoreditch District. ⁽¹³⁰⁾ He died in 1890 in Thanet District. ⁽¹³¹⁾
